The above link takes you to the Gothamist link round-up about yesterday's fiasco. Surely after this and the three electrocutions recently they're guilty of some form of criminal negligence. Why isn't there some one else to challenge this monopoly? Why isn't the local gov doing more to regulate these incompetent bastards?
