I found this interesting magazine cover over at Curbed. I hate to say that this is the first time I've heard of Stay Free considering I frequent the local establishments where it's distributed... And it's been around for 10 years. I must remember to take a look the periodicals and not just have tunnel vision when getting coffee.

As for the gentrification... of the area. well the clever back cover speaks well enough for it's self.
