New York City Walk is a photographic exercise by Caleb Smith that I think speaks to a want many photog-types have: documenting NYC's grid. From May 2002 to December 2004 he walked the whole of Manhattan, shooting every interesting step of the way. Smith is still uploading images and has begun the walk anew even so check back periodically to see more of what he calls "the heavenly city."
